Relationship
Anzu and Shizuka make a very adorable pairing. They are the second Shoujo-Ai pairing that I got into. First was Anzu x Mai. They became instant friends because of Shizuka's relationship with Jounuchi. I'm not a big fan of opposites attract and their personalities are very simular. They are both very kind and supportive of those they care for. During Battle City, Anzu x Shizuka spent the majority of the time on the sidelines cheering on there friends. Neither are duelists so they offered encouragement and support to their friends. Their relationship is quite touchy feely with them two hugging or holding hands. In their filler episode, Shizuka surprises Anzu by grabbing her from behind. Shizuka looks up to Anzu and their very sweet friendship has the potentital to turn into something more if they let it. I think Anzu could help Shizuka be a little more confident, and Shizuka could support her desire to become a dancer.
